Nordstrom Q3 net sales increase 18 percent

Nordstrom, Inc. reported third quarter net earnings of 64 million dollars or 39 cents per diluted share, with EBIT of 127 million dollars. Net sales for the quarter increased 18 percent versus the same period in fiscal 2020 and decreased 1 percent versus the same period in fiscal 2019.

Supply chain disruptions impact Gap’s Q3

Gap Inc. reported a third quarter fiscal year 2021 diluted loss per share of 40 cents. The company said, third quarter net sales of 3.9 billion dollars were down 1 percent compared to 2019 with supply chain disruption driving an estimated 8 percentage point negative impact due to constrained inventory.

Guess Q3 earnings jump, declares dividend

Guess, Inc. for the third quarter of fiscal 2022, recorded GAAP net earnings of 29.9 million dollars, a 140.5 percent increase from 12.4 million dollars for the third quarter of fiscal 2020. GAAP diluted EPS increased 150 percent to 45 cents compared to 18 cents for the third quarter of fiscal 2020.

Dick’s Sporting Goods reports strong Q3 earnings

Net sales for the third quarter at Dick’s Sporting Goods were 2.75 billion dollars, an increase of 13.9 percent compared to the third quarter of 2020 and a 40 percent increase compared to the third quarter of 2019. Consolidated same store sales for the quarter increased 12.2 percent.
